Refund Policy
Blue Line Wood Flags strives for customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:
100% Refund from time of purchase up to beginning of design work.
75% Refund from beginning of design work to beginning of production (if your graphic is already on file with us from a previous project).
50% Refund from beginning of design work to beginning of production (if your artwork is new to us and not yet on file).
No refunds once production has begun.
Wood products are imperfect by nature. As such, our flags will sometimes have natural knots and irregular grain patterns. While we strive to orient artwork in such a manner as to minimize interference with these natural flaws, sometimes this is not possible. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for natural imperfections.
Blue Line Wood Flags will repair or replace (at our discretion) any item that arrives to you damaged due to shipping. In the unlikely event this occurs, simply document (with photographs) the items as well as the packaging and contact us immediately. We will pay the shipping to have it returned for repair or replacement.
